PEN LANGUAGES does not guarantee specific results from English courses or other services. Language learning depends greatly on each learner’s effort, consistency, and personal circumstances. While we strive to provide the highest-quality teaching and support, final results can never be guaranteed.
3. Educational Guidance Only
All courses and services are intended for education and guidance only. By registering for our courses, you understand that we cannot guarantee a certain score or result on exams, tests, or assessments administered by other schools, institutions, or official test providers.
4. Teachers and Service Providers
We use strict criteria when selecting teachers, tutors, and other service providers. In some cases, they may work as independent contractors and are therefore responsible for their own performance. If you are not satisfied with your progress, the teaching method, or the course materials, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to address your concerns.
5. Cancellation and Refunds

6. Course Availability
PEN LANGUAGES cannot guarantee that every course in every term will be offered exactly as scheduled. If the number of registered students does not reach the minimum required, or if a class reaches full capacity, you may be offered a private course for an additional fee. If we are unable to offer your course as scheduled and you choose not to take an alternative option, you may request a full refund without deductions.
7. Payments and Third-Party Charges
PEN LANGUAGES is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by payment processors or other third parties. Full payment must be received before you are allowed to attend a course.
8. IELTS and TOEFL Information
We are not official partners of IELTS or TOEFL test providers. For the latest official updates and information, please visit the IELTS and TOEFL websites.
9. Test Preparation Courses
PEN LANGUAGES offers English courses for many purposes, including everyday English, academic English, IELTS preparation, TOEFL preparation, and other English test courses. These courses are for educational purposes only and are intended to provide guidance, support, and strategy. Although we use strong teaching methods and current resources, we do not guarantee any particular test score or result.
