Cancellation Policy

Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before registering for a course. The terms below explain how refunds are handled for students in Canada and for international students registering from outside Canada.

Refund Rules for Course Cancellation

PEN Languages encourages all students to review course details carefully before completing registration. If you need to cancel, refund eligibility depends on when the cancellation is made and whether you are registering from within Canada or from outside Canada.

Students in Canada

If a student in Canada cancels registration up to 24 hours before the class start time, a 5% administrative deduction will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded by cheque in Canada within 2 to 3 weeks.

If a student cancels registration within the 24 hours before the class start time, including any time right up to the official start of the course, 50% of the registration fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded by cheque in Canada within 2 to 3 weeks.

After the course has started, cancellation is no longer possible and no refund will be issued.

International Students

For international students who register for a course from outside Canada and pay through PayPal, a 10% deduction will apply if cancellation is made before the course start day and time.

The remaining refund will be issued through PayPal to the same account used for payment.

After the course start day and time, cancellation is not possible and no refund will be issued.
